I read your query and here is my advice.
I think you may be suffering from triceps tendinitis. An inflammation of tendons of triceps.
It may be caused by overuse if muscle, sudden movement or exercise.
You can use ice package on it.
Try to rest and avoid movement.
Use advil for pain.
Doing stretching and physiotherapy is advisable.
