Brief Answer:
Fecal calprotectin stool for occult blood and culture test should be done.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for choosing "Ask a Doctor" service for your query,
Have seen your details and I appreciate your concerns,
I have gone through the attached photos also...It seems you are concerned about unformed stools.
As all the tests are normal..
..
Wait was stool routine microscopy with culture and sensitivity test done?
Was fecal calprotectin test done to rule out inflammation along the gut?Pain is suggestive of inflammation.

These are the baseline tests that should be done.

Ok assuming all these tests are normal most likely the gastro-intestinal flora of your gut was depleted causing unformed stools. Our gut consists of large number of good bacteria and fungus which help in digestion of food.Digestion is a complex process from intake to excretion of food. When these good bacterial colonies are depleted bad bacteria and fungal colonies develops causing inflammation along intestines hence leading to formation of unformed stools.
Suggestion,
VSL#3 probiotic is fine.Start it twice daily. Meanwhile also get a stool routine and microscopy test done. As if it will be positive for bacteria, antibiotics will be prescribed. It will most likely take about 5-7 days for the episode to end.

Some general instructions apart from medicines(your gastroenterologist will prescribe) to help you in fast recovery are --

- Increase XXXXXXX warm water intake
- Try to eat lot of vegetables, take a lot of Yogurt along with food.
- Eat plentiful "fresh oranges" and "pear ".
- Take a diet which is very low in Fat.
- Add lot of vegetables and fruits to your diet.
- Packaged fruit juices should not be taken.
- Frequent and small meals should be taken.
- Take small amount of food every 2 hours,Don't take large meals at one time.
- Ispaghula husk should be taken 2 tsf in a glass of water while going to bed daily. Its a bulk forming agent.
Follow ups are welcome.
Regards!
