Question: i have had muscle twitches in my legs (random throughout the day for a couple months). i now have vertigo and a discomfort/ headache in the back of my head. i have had the following tests

bloodwork, nurological exam, emg, ekg, ct scan w/wo contrast, 8 minute MRI to ruleout stroke

what should i do next?

Vertigo and headaches in the back of the head may be linked to unstable blood pressure or cardiac problems, so, for this problem, I think that cardiac workup is necessary.
