Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for consulting Ask a doctor service .
This is Dr Priyanka tiwari answering your query .

I have read your query and understand your concern. As far as bleeding gums is concerned it can be due to depostion of plaque and calculus (hard food debris) deposition in subgingival area of gum.

Dont be worried so much and don't be scared of any disease. If possible upload the picture of your gum in report section that will be helpful for me to give you proper diagnosis and treatment plan.

Inmeantime i will suggest you few measures like
- Maintain good oral hygiene . Brush your teeth twice daily using soft bristle toothbrush.
- Use chlorhexidine containing mouthwash for gargle once a day.
- Do warm saline rinses twice daily.
- Take nutritious diet . Add green vegetables and citrus fruit in your diet.
- Massage your gums with finger 2 min with ointment Gum paint like Stolin .
- Consult your local dentist for scaling (oral prophylaxis) for treatment.

Awating for pictures to comment further .

Hope this will help you.
If you have further query i will be happy to help.
