Welcome back.
I went through the attached reports. Blood tests are fine except slightly raised Cholesterol.
ECG shows sinus bradycardia which means your heart rate is really very low. This is not normal except when either you are on a medicine to reduce heart rate or professional athletes. This is definitely not normal for a 25yr old.
Do you feel any symptoms like giddiness or dizziness or easy fatigability?
What is your usual heart rate? Is it always like this or was it low only on the day the ECG was taken?
Also I would like to know whether you take any medicine or any drug in any form?
I would also like to take a ECG again tomorrow and that to me.
We see patients daily with heart rate as low as 20, but they are always >60 yrs old, so please answer the above questions. You may need further evaluation.

If the further heart rate are fine than that low heart rate must be paroxysmal (transient).
So their is nothing to worry.
If you feel frequent giddiness or blackout, just let me know.

my pulse is low any ecg report is showing pulse of 40 actually i queried already but i forgot to tell i have taken epilepsy medicine for 8 year from 2000 to 2008 any effect of these medicine lead to improper ecg

As you have already stopped the medicine in 2008, it has been a long time. So their is no way the medicine has effect now. Epilepsy medicine also do not have such effect on heart.
Don't worry for now. Just be aware that when you have to get ECG done.
If you have giddiness, dizziness or loss of consciousness.
If you feel too weak most of the time.
