As per your history, as you are trying to control blood sugar levels since 3 yrs. So kindly follow up with current medications details with their dosage and complete schedule. It will help me to adjust dosage and medications accordingly.

As your HbA1c level is 9.3, so it would be better to start insulin injections to control blood sugar level. Before that, kindly follow up with current medications details.
