Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the feedback.

Smoking should be completely and strictly stopped. Improve your diet pattern with increased protein content and low carb content. Avoid wearing tight underwear and start going for daily morning walks for atleast 5 days a week for a minimum of 30 mins.

Follow this routine strictly for a month and even after that if you don’t find any improvement then you have a consult a urologist personally as few tests like ultrasound will be required for evaluation.

Also most importantly try to stay stress free and create a romantic environment, give yourself time, indulge in foreplay, these things will also improve the outcome. Don’t just rush into intercourse.

Hope to have been helpful.

Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Hello again

Detailed Answer:
Medicine is not advisable as of now. I would like you to continue with the lifestyle routine which I have advised for a month.

If you won’t feel any improvement then treatment will be decided on the basis of the investigation reports after you consult the urologist.
