Brief Answer:
You can go for ECG and 2d echo to rule out heart disease

Detailed Answer:
Hello sir, thank you for choosing healthcare magic. Pain in chest may be due to the following :
1)gastritis
2)gastric or peptic ulcer
3)muscle strain
4)angina
5)myocardial infarction or heart attack.
Inorder to rule out heart problem you need to undergo the following tests :
1)ECG
2)2d echocardiography
3)chest x ray
4)serum troponin levels
If pain reduces with pain relieving medication like NSAIDs, certainly it's not related to heart. Please do consult a physician and undergo the above mentioned tests.
Hope i have answered your question. Please let me know if you need any further assistance. Thank you. Take care.
