I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Fatigue can be reduced by first stretching the muscles and starting slowly. Relaxing or slowing down in between also helps.

Can also get blood tested for basic tests like CBC, LFT, KFT, Thyroid, electrolytes, lipid profile. This will rule out common causes of fatigue like anemia, hypothyroidism, liver problems, etc.
