Hi . Last Month I Had A Brief Contact With
Question: hi . last month i had a brief contact with a women of unknown status i happened to suck on her left nipple for barely 5 seconds no sex happend . i did not know if she had any lactation or secretion at that time . however im in fear that if in case there was any drop of secretion that enterd my mouth could i be infected with hiv . i am having sleepless nights over this has there been any such case in adults or will o be the first .assuming there was any milk

thanks sir but im concernd if any secretion went into mouth and could lead to infection in adults as i found no answere anywhere of this what are the possibilities .i am scared to take test as i hv a big phobia of hiv and now this 5 second breast lick . i didnot do any otjer activity except the breast suck . im scared if im putting my wife at risk ?

thanks for reply sir .so testing is jst for my peace of mind or was i really at an significamt exposure. considering only this episode do i really am in risk as i did not had any sort of sex . yes i know i am in sevre phobia mind dosenot relax sir if i consider that the women was hiv and had a tiny drop of milk when i sucked for 4 to 5 seconds would u still consider me safe ? ( there was no sex) i will try to forgett this but in your practice have any adult been infected from breast milk injestion from mouth in such small seconds thanks a fobiac mind

thank you for your reply sir . i certainly need physciatrist help . all doctors told me.its no risk and no testing required over this incident but my ocd dosenot goes out of my mind i keep rhinking 1. why is there no data on brest milk/ secrations infection in adults on internet . medical litrature 2. if kids can get infected how is it tjat no cases in adults 3. i keep reading Q n A in portals about breast suck and hiv transmission. since this is last followup i thout of using it . i never indulged in any such activity in my life it was forst and last time this happnd and im scared that i will be the 1st uluckiest peraon to get hiv this way without any sexuall activity and 4 seconds . thanks for your support and listening patiently to me .hope ill be saved .
