Hi,thank you for your reply.
Looking at the information given by you,he might be suffering from chronic laryngitis(long standing inflammation of the voice box).

He need to speak softly.Voice misuse and overuse should be avoided.
Do steam inhalation and warm saline gargles.
Avoid cold food and dust.

If possible, send me the endoscopic report.

Thanks and regards.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,I have gone through the endoscopic report.

In such a case, endoscopic biopsy of the whitish patch over the vocal cords is required.

Surgical excision/laser removal of the whitish patch is needed.

Take care.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,thank you for your follow up query.

The whitish patch over the vocal cords may be due to an inflammation,or it may be a pre-cancerous lesion,on in few cases may be a cancer.

This can be only be diagnosed by Endoscopic biopsy.
So it is very necessary.

And then the treatment (surgical/laser removal of the lesion/radiotherapy) would depend upon the diagnosis.

Thanks and regards.
