Brief Answer:
Your brother seems to have UTI

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query
Based on the facts and report of abdominal Scan that you have posted your brother seems to have UTI

Get his routine urine test and urine culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and the antibiotics to which they are sensitive to

I n the meantime start taking antibiotics antibiotics like Cefixime and Nitrofurantoin twice daily along with urine alkalizer Citralka thrice daily

Ensure that he drinks more water to keep his urine dilute

Thanks and Regards

Brief Answer:
Consult qualified Urologist for endoscopic evaluation (Cystoscopy)

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thank for follow up and uploading all reports .

Negative culture can be due to antibiotics he has been taking
However in view of significant Post Void Residual urine (65 ml)
we have to rule out possibility of Bladder Neck Obstruction (BNO) .Consult qualified Urologist for clinical evaluation and get endoscopic examination of bladder and urethral passage done to rule out Bladder Neck Obstruction which could be the cause for chronic UTI ..

In the mean time start taking Nitrofurantoin 100 mg twice daily for 2-3 weeks .

Thanks and Regards.
