Question: hi doctor, i had a baby on 10 september and i am fully bottle feeding however my periods have not yet come back? is that any cause of concern? we are using confoms but just incase i did a pregnancy test and it was negative.. please advics

I understand your concern. First of all, it may take up to one year after birth for periods to return and this is normal, so in this case, the absence of a period is not indicative of pregnancy. It is even more unlikely given that you already use protection AND had a negative pregnancy test.
