almost two months having issue with my tounge, every day have something new
i will attache the photos since the issue started, is this related to std or what ? it%E2%80%99s painless

is it cancer?

i dont feel any other symptos and my health is good

You seem to have sores on your tongue. They could be oral aphthae or could be oral lichen planus. I would first like to know are they painful? or asymptomatic? Do you have any sores on the buccal mucosa on inside of cheeks

its not painful and i dont have any other symptoms at all

Hi. Thank you.
These white patches and sores could be thrush which is yeast infection. I suggest you to take an oral antifungal e.g fluconazole 150mg tablet once a day for 14vdays. In addition I suggest you to use a topical antifungal e.g Candid mouth paint, 2-3 times a day.
