Question: hi Doctor,
I am having sprain in lower back. It is paining badly today that I am not able to walk or stand.
It has started since yesterday when I got up and felt some pain in lower back. I had combiflam tablet twice yesterday and applied heating pad but, when I got up today, it was paining very badly. I consulted the doctor at office and she had suggested to apply ice pack instead of hot pad and suggested mobijox tablet twice daily.

Please suggest if this is the right treatment? What else I can do to get relief from it? Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,
Ankur

Yes, the treatment is correct, please continue and see

Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr XXXXXXX

Please follow the treatment as advised by your doctor, the treatment is correct.

If you develop any fever or if you do not see any improvement then you should consult a surgeon/urologist and orthopedic surgeon for further evaluation.

For now the treatment is appropriate.

Wishing you speedy recovery.
