Hey. Ive Had Alot Of Stress And Anxiety And Many
Question: hey. ive had alot of stress and anxiety and many symptoms plague me...
but theres one thats really annoying that im not sure if its tension or something else.
can tensing your neck to read a screen or watch tv in a better position cause pain in your face and around the eyes? it seems like when i lay down but keep my head tensed off the pillow, my eyes and face start to feel pain and pressure and the area around my eyes start to feel strained and sore and my whole forehead feels tight and pressured.
can neck tension refer to these areas? or could it be something in my brain or blood pressure.
