Brief Answer:
May need to use anti emetics

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible. First of all it's sad to know what you had been going through lately.

Based on the history you have shared, morphine or morphine derived analgesics have been characteristically associated with nausea and for that purpose usually intravenous administration is also accompanied with an anti emetics like dimenhydrinate or prochlorperazine.

Orally the same protocol can be followed by motility agents like domperidone can be used before meals.

Wishing you a healthy life ahead. Hope this has answered your query. If you have any more questions please feel free to ask. Regards
