Hello, Starting In March I Had Some Bad Teeth Issues

Question: hello, starting in march i had some bad teeth issues and was taking a lot of advil for around 5 weeks or so to help control it (6, 200mg pills every 6 hours). About 2 weeks ago i finally got off the advil and starting having very low heart beat (45-55bpm at rest not sleep) and chest pains and shortness of breath, i would get extremely fatigued and exhuasted. I had been taking Guanfacine for about 7 months now with no problem (for anxiety) and due to low pulse was slowly taken off it by my psycharist. This past friday around 10pm i started getting a horrible headache which turned into the worst head i have almost ever had. Along with the severe headache I started vomiting until nothing was left and my body temp dropped to 94.9 along with bad chest pain and shortness of breath. Since friday I have felt really off, felt slow and lathargic and my body starts skaking randomly, espically upper body. Is this anything to worry about or should i just schedule a apt with my primary care at some point?

Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical query raised by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that Advil contains ibuprofens which belongs to NSAID group of medicines.

Now this group has a tendency to cause cardiovascular side effects along with nausea, vomitting and if these happen it’s advisable that patient should seek medical attention as early possible to avoid any serious after effects.

So yes it’s important that you should personally consult your primary physician as few tests and general physical examination will be required.

Kind Regards
