Brief Answer:
Haematuria

Detailed Answer:
Hi....
Thanks for sharing your reports.
They show haematuria i.e blood in urine (Visible or microscopic).
Normally, blood is not filtered in the urine by the kidneys. It usually happens in
1)Bladder or kidney infections (UTI)
2)Bladder or kidney stones(Nephrolithiasis)
3)Certain kidney diseases, such as inflammation in the filtering system of the kidneys(glomerulonephritis)
4)Prostatomegaly(BPH)- This happens in old age and as you are just 27,It does not apply for you.
Please share your history and complaints so that your reports can be read in context of your symptomatology.Let me know if you have procured an ultrasound.
Regards
