Brief Answer:
Proper PEP will protect you from HIV infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to ASK A DOCTOR through HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Always stick to safe sex with unknown sex partners.
At the outset I would like to know what was your regimen for PEP?
If you had 3 drug regimen, when at least two sensitive drugs in your regimen your PEP will be effective and you need not to worry.
Moreover recent regimens are selected that they have high Genetic Barrier (not easily go for resistence). Another important thing with PEP is to follow the protocol of follow up with serials of HIV tests (Baseline, after a month, after 3 months and after 6 months) before declaring HIV negative. PEP has to be continued for 28 days without any break.
Some even recommends drug resistance test before PEP, but it would be pactically very difficult as they are costly and we cannot wait till the results are available as PEP has to started as early as possible and noy letter than 72 hours.
Another important point is, all exposed to HIV partners are not getting infection. Partners of 30 to 40% of HIV positive individuals are remaining HIV negative in spite of their regularl contacts (before got dignosed -Discordant couple).

Brief Answer:
Your HIV risk is low.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Your PEP regimen is the latest and perfect one and the chances for resistence is almost nil. Complete the course (4 weeks).
Oral sex has low risk for HIV transmission as per CDC guidelines.(https://www.cdc.gov/hiv/risk/estimates/riskbehaviors.html)
We cannot tell that there is no risk for HIV transmission.
Have you had the base line HIV test?
PEP can not cover that risk of the blow job that you had before 6 weeks.
