Brief Answer:
there's a lot more to this.

Detailed Answer:
the location and movement of a pain gives clues as to what is going on. Except that the pain is in many dimensions in this situation. When did it start (how long ago); when did it start in relation to actual intercourse ? Has it occurred with previous partners? with this partner all the time ? ANd, of course, where is the actual pain?
Bladder UTI is quite common, there is usually a lot of symptoms also NOT during intercourse. Vaginal dryness is with irritation pain. poly cystic ovary disease usually has pain with intercourse and over quite a large and variable area and with menstrual abnormalities. There is pain from fibroids and it is lower abdomen/pelvic and quite variable and ill-defined. It could be from rectal issues but this is rarely the main or only symptom from rectal problems.
