Brief Answer:
Kefir is good.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thank you for choosing " Ask a Doctor" for your service.
Have seen your details,
Let's first understand the pathology behind sibo.

Sibo is caused by overgrowth of bad bacteria. These bad bacteria overgrows the good bacteria of gut and hence cause severe indigestion.
Kefir being a fermented food contains large amount of good bacteria and fungi which help to replete the gut Flora. Alone with it you can take lactobacillus rich Yoghurt.
Best way to treat sibo is to take a course of
Rifaximin 550 mg twice daily for 14 days. It is a prescription medicine.
Along with it take probiotic like Econorm twice daily.
You would be fine after that.
Hope I was helpful.
Thanks.
