Brief Answer:
13mm thickness is normal.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
On Day 17 of a cycle the endometrium is in secretory phase and a thickness of endometrium should not be more than 15mm. A thickness of 13 mm is within normal range and is not worrisome. In case your are having a heavy and irregular bleeding then you can get a repeat ultrasound scan done just after your periods finish. The endometrium should be less than 5mm at that time.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.
Regards.
