Usually an erection cream has alprostadil or L -Arginine as it's content.

L-Arginine is a naturally occurring amino acid in the body and has no contraindications.

Alprostadil causes vasodilatation in penile venous sinuses,thus causing erection in patients having erectile dysfunction due to diabetes or heart disease.

Alprostadil is contraindicated in hypersensitivity and bleeding diathesis.
As you are on Aspirin,there might be a risk of bleeding.

Further,Alprostadil may cause a significant and alarming fall in blood pressure.
As you are on Bisoprolol,an antihypertensive agent,it's dose might require adjustments.

So I advise you to kindly visit your clinician and start these creams only under medical supervision.
