At Random Moments I Will Suddenly Get An Intense Pain

default
Posted on Tue, 9 Jul 2019
Question: at random moments I will suddenly get an intense pain in my chest and get extremely dizzy, as if the room is spinning and once the pain subsides from my chest it settles inbetween my shoulder blades. I haven't gone to a doctor about the pain but the last time I spoke to a doctor about my heart she told me I had an opening snap heart murmur, not sure if it's a related thing. any ideas and should I go to a doctor sooner rather than later for this?

Brief Answer:
Please Rafer to the detailed answer below

Detailed Answer:
hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern and I would like to tell you that as your doctor has told that you had murmur which suggest some of your heart valves are malfunctioning, along with this you had significant symptoms like chest pain and dizziness. So it’s highly advisable that you should consult a cardiologist personally as few cardiac tests will be required like

1. Echocardiogram
2. HOLTER monitoring

Kindly consult and get these tests done as early possible to avoid any complications later on and to diagnose any underlying cardiac abnormalities.

Kind Regards
