Brief Answer:
Physical urticaria most probably

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I read history you gave regarding your skin disease. I feel that most probably you may be having urticaria, it is due to contact with hot water, rubbing and pinching, so it may be called physical urticaria. Due to unknown reason, such type of urticaria occurs. You may take oral steroid like methyl prednisolone in tapering dose. Initially 8 mg thrice a day for five days then reduce 4 mg at regular interval of five days. And then stop. Take desloratidine 5 mg thrice day till you get improved. Avoid rubbing, pinching and pressing the skin. Do not take warm water bath.

Take treatment under observation of dermatologist.

Hope this might satisfy you. If any query...you may ask.

Thanks.
