Question: Yesterday, I didnt eat all day (no reason). Visit the hookah lounge at 7pm with an old friend (not a regular user) and had a 2 hour hookah session and 2 beers. Get home, nausea, vomit, diarrea. Today, mild chest pain, stomach ache, headache and black tarry stool. Feel better, but still tarry stool and mild symptoms.

Duodenal ulcer bleed
The following are treatment options :
1)tab.rabeprazole 20 mg twice daily before food to be taken for 3 weeks.
2)mix one XXXXXXX of omez insta in a half glass of water and drink to reduce epigastric pain.
3)tab.ondansetron 4 mg to prevent vomiting. It is to be taken once daily for 2 days.
4)if diarrhoea persists, tab.loperamide can be taken.
5) take bland food.
6) Avoid alcohol
7)Also avoid coffee and tea for few days.
