Brief Answer:
Drug screen test contents

Detailed Answer:
Hi......
Welcome to Ask a doctor.
I am Dr Ajeet XXXXXXX

YES....It might.
But no one tests it in any drug test.
Male enhancement pills like Sildenafil and it's congeners are not a part of any universally accepted drug screen tests and are not routinely tested.
It is not a performance enhancer like anabolic steroids and it only improves sexual performance by allowing greater blood flow into private parts.
thus sustaining an erection and delaying ejaculation.
It is only tested in toxicology screens when it is suspected to be a possible cause of death.
It is basically a cardiac medicine (was introduced like that) which cause a reduction in the pulmonary and systemic vascular resistances, improves pulmonary gas diffusion and increases cardiac output thus improving heart function. It's smooth muscle relaxation function has been used in vasodilation and enhanced penile erection and engorgement(on arousal and stimulation only).
Sildenafil can be detected in body fluids such as blood, urine, semen and saliva and is detectable as soon as 30 minutes after taking the drug but the threshold for detecting sildenafil is 50 nano gram/ml i.e levels lower than that cant be detected in the body fluids by any test.
Another thing with it is that the major part of it is metabolized by liver into stools and only a small proportion of it is through kidneys, into urine. This makes detection in urine further difficult.

Hope,I have answered your query and please let me know,if you have any doubts.
Happy living.
Regards.
