Do you have pain during urination? Do you have increased urination?
As per the symptoms you had written it either looks to be a infection aquired by intercourse mainly affecting prostatitis. It can go up further causing bladder infection.
I suggest you to see a doctor. He can run blood tests, urine microscopy and prostatic fluid microscopy after a ultrasound.
