Hi,

Thanks for your query.

I have gone through the details and the ECG. It looks like you have had a mild anterior wall MI as there are ST elevations in V2 and V3. You will have to get an ECHO and get a blood test for Troponin done to rule out MI. I would suggest you meet a cardiologist as soon as possible for a detailed examination and treatment.

Hi,

Then not to worry. As your treating doctor has prescribed, vitamin deficiency can also cause anxiety leading to chest pain. Please provide me your name, age, height and weight. Are you hypertensive or diabetic? You can get troponin blood test done to rule out Mi just incase.

Hi,

Then do not worry, take those multivitamins prescribed to you, you will feel better. Do deep breathing exercises twice daily for 15 to 20 mins. Regular walking atleast for 30 mins will help relieve stress and anxiety.

I hope this answered your query.
