Question: My tendons cramp, first in the hands, than feet. In the hands the thumb becomes rigid and very painful. The tendons in the forearm also becomes quite rigid and painful. In the foot, the foot becomes rigid at a 90 degree angle

Possibility of cramps should be kept. You should be investigated for electrolyte and vitamin B 12, vitamin D deficiencies. Get examined by a physician or neurologist. Blood test like thyroid profile, renal function, calcium, potassium should be done.
