Brief Answer:
Minoxidil if required...
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Hair fall issue that start acutely as in your case (of 2 months) is commonly due to temporary condition referred to as telogen effluvium. Here the causes are benign such as recent infection, stressors, dietary change and other life style changes. The condition generally resolves as the triggering factor gets resolved which may take upto 6 months. Moreover hair loss of less than 100 hair strands per day is not significant and shouldn't be concerning.
But since you mentioned there is thinning of hair, you could be losing more than what you specified or the problem could have been more than months now. In such cases I suggest to continue vitamins especially biotin. If skin vit isn't helping, I recommend changing to tab follihair or tab androanagen one pill a day every day. I have used these supplements with good results in my patients. You may also try minoxidil 5% solution on the affected areas every night for 3-4 months.
If none of the above helps you, please visit a dermatologist for further evaluation and management.
Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.
