Brief Answer:
Could be gastritis with enteritis.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Most likely its untreated gastroenteritis, usually gastroenteritis is by viral infection (Nova virus) and is self limiting, However as it has been already two weeks there are chances the you are having a overlapping bacterial or protozoal infection.

This problem if left untreated may cause gastritis which causes heartburn pain and nausea due to mucosal inflammation.

As of now i would suggest you to go for few tests
Ultra sound abdomen
Stool test under microscope
Complete blood count
Total and differential leucocyte count

If stool test is positive for bacterial or protozoal infection.Start taking Zithromax (Azithromycin) and Secnidazole.

Eat light and easily digestible food.

Drink plenty of water and electrolytes to maintain rehydration.

For gastritis:

Take a proton pump inhibitor like Esomeprazole along with a prokinetic drug (e.g. Domperidone). This will provide you symptomatic relief from symptoms.

Awaiting for the reports.

Take care.
