Brief Answer:
rectal surgeon or proctologist

Detailed Answer:
Thank you for contacting HCM with your healthcare concerns

You recently discovered skin tags around your anus and would like them removed. I would recommend that you search for a proctologist or rectal surgeon. They can usually do the procedure in the office. Most of the time they do cryotherapy which is basically freezing the skin tags. If they are abundant they may need to actually cut them out and that would require surgical procedure.
