Brief Answer:
Can be a nerve related issue.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

A sudden muscle cramp while yawning that you feel can be related to excessive muscle stretching caused by yawning or a mild nerve compression in the neck or upper back. This can be related to electrolyte imbalance also. You need to increase your electrolyte rich fluid intake like fresh juices and in case the problem persists then do consult your physician for a few tests.

I hope this answers your query. In case you have additional questions or doubts, you can forward them to me, and I shall be glad to help you out.

Brief Answer:
Knot can be due to gout.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The knot in the toe is related to gout and can be removed surgically. The burning pain can be related to gout or nerve root compression or methylcobalamin deficiency. This can be related to joint deterioration. Not likely to be related to yawning.
