Question: I took 4 pills microcept then after 12hrs another 4 pills

even if the regular bleeding is must be after 2 weeks ????

If the date of expected periods is in 12-14 days then there can be just some spotting after I pill or in some cases there is no withdrawal bleeding at all.
So in case you don't have any withdrawal bleeding then wait for periods till expected date and in case you miss them then do a urine pregnancy test.
