Brief Answer:
Mucosal cyst seen.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I see the photo you attached and I think it is a mucosal cyst of mouth. It is not much related to acid reflux you were having recently. It can be related to cheek biting or dental issues.
It is small and haven't increased its dimensions recently that's why it is not something to get concerned.
You should keep it under observations and if it's dimensions are increasing and if becomes more than two centimetres you should go to doctor.
You can use saltwater rinses and chew sugarless chewing gums because they are known to help healing.
About your acid reflux you should be careful on not eating 3 hours before bed, sleep with several pillows, eat low acidity foods.
Using antiacids such maalox or Pepto-Bismol, found over the counter is also helpful.
Hope I have answered the question.
