What Would Cause Stomach Pain, Tightness From The Ribs Towards The Lower Abdomen, Fever, Appetite Loss And Troubled Sleep For A Week?

Question: I've had stomach pain, actually tightness from my ribs down to my lower abdomen, fever from 99.1 to 101.8 no appetite trouble sleeping. Been taking ibuprofen and just started zantac, this has been going on for a week now.

Just bloating, not much of a stool, but loose when i do go. no change in color. Ibuprofen helps a little but not much, got temp. down to normal one time, didn't last. Trying to drink as much ginger ale and water as I can. Urine was dark but is now getting lighter depending on the amount of fluids I ingest. Hoping to see my general Doc.this week, I really feel like #%#. Thank you.

It is already a week.
Hence I would advise in such a situation the following:
Stool tests - helps to know whether there an intestinal infection and if present needs timely antibiotic cover (needs a valid prescription) and probiotics.
Blood tests.
X-ray and Ultrasound of abdomen.
Clinical evaluation by a Doctor.
All these things to get started on an appropriate management.
Till then take probiotics, continue plenty of oral fluids.

Thank you, I will let my local Doc. all that you have suggested. Will let you know the outcome, weird side bar, when I sit up for long periods of time the pain goes away, still have the fever though,
