Brief Answer:
She should take a pencillin

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thank you for your question. Your granddaughter should take a penicillin for an infected toe, provided that there are signs of infection and a need for antibiotics. Does she have fever? Is the toe red, warm, swollen? Any trauma to the toe?
