Brief Answer:
Several possible causes, thorough evaluation required...

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Well, since you haven't mentioned anything regarding any past medical history or treatment, I suppose you don't have any (let me know if you're already having any heart, lung, liver, kidney or prostate related issues or taking any particular medications for any other reasons).

If you feel dehydrated, first and foremost drink a lot of water (unless advised not to, due to any specific medical reasons) throughout the day.

Since you've noticed this since the past 2weeks only, I'd suggest getting a 'comprehensive metabolic panel' work-up done (all systems in our body are inter-related, so better to get a thorough check-up done for a proper diagnosis). Investigations like CBC, LFT, KFT along with electrolytes and Urine Routine microscopic analysis, Vit-D3 level, serum PSA level, ECG are all generally covered under this.

Along with this, it's important to get yourself checked up by a Physician clinically also based on the findings they may advise getting a USG whole abdomen done for further work-up.

Management can be done accordingly based on the findings.

Let me know if I can assist you further.
