Brief Answer:
Get done repeat sleep study with proper titration.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

So your problem is increased day time sleepiness despite of using CPAP machine.
This clearly suggests that your sleep apnea is not properly controlled with current CPAP pressure settings.
So better to get done fresh sleep study with titration.
This will identify pressures needed to abolish apnea hypopnea index (AHI) on during your sleep.
Once your apneas and hypopneas are gone, you will get sound sleep during night and this in turn reduce daytime sleepiness.

Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
