Brief Answer:
Androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
You seem to have androgenetic alopecia. Hair thinning and hair loss from the front, mid and vertex part of scalp are features of androgenetic alopecia. Initially it is manifest by widened part width and later by honeycomb pattern of hair thinning. I suggest you to use minoxidil 5 % solution, 1ml, twice daily. In addition I suggest you to take an oral antiandrogen like finasteride 2.5 - 5mg tablet once daily. These are prescription medications and I advice you to kindly talk to your local practitioner for a prescription of the same.

Brief Answer:
Regarding androgenetic alopecia

Detailed Answer:
Hi.

Bontress serum contains capixyl whereas minoxidil 5% solution is different from it. While capixyl can be used for alopecia in general whereas Minoxidil is the only approved molecule for androgenetic alopecia along with oral Finasteride. With Finasteride there is a precaution that it should NOT TO BE TAKEN BY PREGNANT FEMALES. You may use 5% minoxidil solution (Mintop Eva) along with oral Finasteride 5mg (Finast tablet). Treatment is long term. Improvement is noticeable only after 3-6 months of regular use.
