Brief Answer:
Clean the tongue, observe closely

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In image there are tiny dark spots on the tongue with little coating of white debris/dead cells.
I don't think it is anyhow related to Augmentin antibiotic or ear infection.

In most of the condition it subsides with proper cleaning of tongue with proper oral hygiene.
Sometimes dark spots can be due to vitamin deficiency or fungal infection. Both these conditions are unlikely in your child's case.

So I request would suggest you to clean the tongue and to observe closely if there is further progression. In case any further progression is there please consult your pediatrician for further evaluation like tongue scrap test or vitamin B12 levels etc.

I hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
Regards
