Brief Answer:
Send urine and blood for lab, plenty of oral fluids.

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your Mother and understood the concerns.
The history is suggestive of bleeding from the urinary tract and can be due to the following:
Urinary tract infections secondary to long term indwelling catheter.
Pulling out as you have mentioned.
Plagerine A 75 is a combination of anti-platelet medications and can cause or increase bleeding.

Hence I would advise her the following:
Send the sample of urine for : Routine, microscopy, culture and sensitivity.
Send blood for tests of CBC, Bleeding time, clotting time, Prothrombine time, Kidney function and as would be advised by her Doctor.
Plenty of oral fluids.
Actual check up for catheter, change if need be; should be done.

There is no specific medicine that can stop bleeding for sure.
It is the treatment of the cause that helps to stop bleeding.
Please get these done and give feedback.

I hope this answer helps to get an early diagnosis and proper management.
