Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows:

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Regarding your concern, I would like to explain that your symptoms seem to be related to low blood pressure or cervical vertebral column chronic degenerations.

Coming to this point, I would recommend having some rest and taking plenty fluids.

It is necessary to closely monitor your blood pressure values, in order to exclude possible low blood pressure as a possible cause of your complaints.

If these symptoms persist, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician and performing some tests:

- a cervical vertebral column X ray study
- complete blood count for anemia
- blood electrolytes.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Kind regards,

Dr. Iliri
