Some more info needed.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and Thank you for asking HCM!
I've gone through the reports.

To give you an appropriate answer, I would like to know why did you check testostetone level?

Did you have symptoms of low testosterone or just for a routine check up?
Except for thyroid, a high prolactine level should also be excluded as a cause for low testosterone prior to decide if it needs treatment. SHBG, FSH, LH are to be checked also.

It will be a pleasure to help you further after the above results. Let me know if there's any further queries.

Kind Regards,
Dr.Mirjeta

Brief Answer:
I wouldn' t suggest treatment.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back!
If a man has symptoms of low testosterone and tests show he has an abnormally low testosterone level, treatment is suggested.
For millions of men who have low testosterone levels but no symptoms, no treatment is currently recommended.
In your age is important to rule out a pathology that may have caused low testosterone level.
Will be a pleasure to hear back from you.
Best wishes,

Brief Answer:
I would advice to loose weight.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome back!
From the reports you attached it results no secondary pathology causing the low testosterone level.
Your total testosterone results low because of the low SHBG ( testosterone binding globuline) level. Your free testosterone index is 3% ( within the normal ranges). So your bioavailable testosterone is normal.
Obesity is one the causes of low SHBG so to correct the total testosterone i would suggest to loose weight, not the contrary.
