Brief Answer:
Possibility of actinic purpura

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you.
I am Dr kakkar (Dermatologist and Venereologist). I have noted your concern.
Perhaps you have actinic purpura or senile purpura. It presents as red purple, asymptomatic bruise patches/ecchymosis. This happens because the skin and the blood vessels become fragile with age, making it easier for the skin to bruise from minor, sometimes unnoticed trauma, like scratching. I suggest you to take an oral Vitamin C supplement once daily for a few days.

Regards
