Question: After hand wax my 18 years old daughter has got some sort of small boils on her shoulders. She gets itching and skin irritation there. Some boils seems to be watery and some have already dried.

It could be because of the type of wax or the cloth used, try changing it next time. For now I wold recommend calosoft lotion for local application three times a day and tablet levosiz 5mg twice a day for 2 days to help settle the allergic reaction and itching.
