What Does This Ultrasound Report Of Ovaries Indicate?

Question: I started femara this month, days 3-7, I went in for an ultrasound CD 11, and was told that I had no follicles...then on CD 12 I got a positive OPK peak surge... Can it still be possible this month for pregnancy or not because I had no follicles showing on CD 11?

Hi,

Follicular growth scan is more confirmation than ovulation kit.

Hence the kit seems to have given wrong report. This month I dont see chances of pregnancy.
