The report is done for CD4 and CD8 counts.
CD 4 AND CD 8 are type of lymphocytes in body and they are responsible for maintaining the immunity in body.
Disturbance in CD 4 and CD 8 counts are found in conditions like HIV.
CD 4 and CD 8 counts are done to monitor the treatment as well as stage the HIV infection.
The report shows a reduction in CD cells and increase in CD 8 cells.
The report does not diagnose any condition but it has to be correlated with clinical findings.

Pain and weakness in upper arms and thighs can occur due to number of reasons like trauma, tiredness, anemia, etc.
These symptoms are not specific for HIV infection.
Rest and pain killer should be helpful in relieving the pain and weakness.
If these symptoms are not relieved even after rest and pain killers then you may consult your primary healthcare provider.
